By Benjamin Jumbe.

The Permanent Secretary ministry of ICT Vincent Bagiire has directed Uganda Communications Commission to avail recordings of all radio stations in Fort portal for the last 3 months.

This followed concerns raised by the area Resident District Commissioner Stephen Asiimwe over continued exploitation of members of the public through radios.

Speaking at a communications consumer parliament in Fortportal, Bagiire said exploitation of vulnerable audiences is criminal.

He now says the recordings will be reviewed with any stations found culpable to be brought to book as a measure to protect consumers
