A 36 year old man has lost both hands to suspected robbers.

Mathias Ngobi is nursing wounds at Mulago hospital after he was attacked by unknown people at his home in Luzira Central Division early this morning.

Speaking to KFM/Dembe FM from his hospital bed, Ngobi said the assailants broke into his home and went straight to his bedroom where he was found sleeping.

The suspects then chopped off the victims hands as he tried to fight them before making off with his cell phone, a mattress and Sh120, 000.

He narrates his ordeal.
