The Deputy town clerk Mukono Municipal council Nanyonga Sseruwangi says the municipal council has issued out circulars asking the owners of buildings to comply.

Nanyonga made the remarks, while receiving a donation of paint from the managing director of Kansai Plascon-Uganda which will help to paint the Mukono police station, because the Municipal’s order will also affect the government buildings which are dilapidated.
