Primary Leaving Examinations that kicked off yesterday across the country end today.

Primary seven candidates sat for Mathematics and Social Studies yesterday amid disruptions by a heavy morning downpour and are today set to sit for Science in the morning and English in the afternoon.

The spokesperson of the Uganda National Examinations Board Jenipher Kalule says much as the rain disrupted and delayed the start of exams yesterday, pupils were able to sit for their papers.

She says that the board hopes for smooth conduct of examinations as it wraps up the exercise today.
