Police have increased to Shs20 million the bounty for anyone who brings forth information about Bbosa Lugya Tabula, a key suspect wanted to help in investigations into the killing of the head of Ndiga (Sheep) clan of Buganda Kingdom.

Daniel Bbosa was gunned down by assailants riding on a motorcycle in Lungujja, Rubaga Division in Kampala on February 25.

“We are continuing to investigate the murder of Bbosa and we are continuing to receive information from the public. We came up with a reward of about Shs10 million. We have people who have rang us and provided information, but the information has not been credible,” Mr Fred Enanga, the police spokesperson, said yesterday in Kampala.

“The Directorate of Criminal Investigative Department has increased the reward for the arrest or credible information that can lead to the arrest of Tabula from Shs10 million to now Shs20 million,” he added. Read more
