Songstress Sheebah Karungi and the dancing team, Ghetto Kids Uganda have been nominated for the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards due Monday March 15, 2021.

Sheeba has been nominated for the category of favorite African star.

Actor, comedian and Saturday Night Live legend, Kenan Thompson will host to be broadcast on NickToons (DStv Channel 308) at 17:30 CAT.

The other six prominent African stars that have been nominated to represent Africa in the Favourite African Star category are Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi (South Africa), actress Thuso Mbedu (South Africa), two time nominee, philanthropist and Springbok Rugby Captain Siya Kolisi (South Africa), Liverpool Football Club soccer star Mo Salah (Egypt), Sadio Mane, Liverpool midfielder (Senegal).
