The Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has dropped Winnie Kiiza as Leader of Opposition in Parliament, replacing her with Betty Aol Ochan, the woman MP of Gulu district.

Addressing and impromptu news conference at the party headquarters in Najjanankumbi on Friday  afternoon, the FDC president Patrick Amuriate said the changes were approved by the National Executive Committee after  wide consultations with the party leadership.

He says Ssemujju Nganda, the MP of Kiira Municipality has bounced back as the Opposition Chief Whip, while Francis Mwijukye, becomes  a commissioner.
