With just 33 days left to end the year, Ugandans have been asked not to be harsh on themselves that they have not been able to meet their yearlong resolutions.

The appeal comes from Dr. Robert Burale, an inspirational and motivational speaker who was recently in Uganda for the personal and career transformation event organized by the Nation Media Group-Uganda.

According to Dr. Burale, it’s never too late to make up for the mistakes made and concentrate on what the future holds.

He notes that people should learn that the covid19 pandemic exposed a lot of gaps that need to be filled in individual transformation.

It’s from this that he challenges people to open their minds and expand on revenue systems to improve their pay.
